1. Eligibility & Timeframe

  • You may initiate a return within 180 days of the delivery date of your order.

  • To start the process, please visit our Contact Us page and provide:

    1. Your full name as it appears on the order

    2. Order number

    3. A clear description of the issue

    4. Photographs showing the defect or damage

    5. Whether you’d prefer a replacement or a refund

Note: Returns due to buyer error (e.g., typos in personalization, wrong image uploads, or ordering mistakes) are not covered. Please double-check all customization details before completing your purchase.


2. Return Condition Requirements

To qualify, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original condition with tags attached

  • Accompanied by the original sales receipt or packing slip


3. Return Shipping & Costs

  • Return Shipping Fee: $0.00 (on all damaged, defective, or incorrect items)

  • Shinekindness offers free return shipping for eligible products.


4. How to Return Your Item

  1. Contact Support: Email [email protected] from June 7, 2025 onward to request your return authorization and shipping address.

  2. Prepare Your Package:

    • Include the printout of your purchase confirmation (order number clearly visible).

    • Pack all items securely in their original packaging.

  3. Ship the Package:

    • Use USPS, DHL, EMS, or your local courier.

    • Send to the address provided by our support team.

    • Retain your tracking number—email it to us once the package is en route.

  4. Confirmation & Resolution:

    • We’ll email you when your return arrives at our warehouse.

    • Within 5 business days of receipt, you’ll get a follow-up confirming refund approval or instructions for replacement shipment.


5. Refunds & Replacements

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.

  • Replacements are shipped at no additional cost and follow the same delivery estimates as new orders (see our Shipping Policy for details).
