At Shinekindness, we know that sometimes you might change your mind or spot an error right after checkout. To keep things flexible, here’s how you can cancel or tweak your order:
1. 24-Hour Grace Period

Free of Charge: You may cancel or modify your order at no cost within 24 hours of placing it.

Details of the change (e.g., different size, design update, or full cancellation)

Cut-off Time: Requests received after 24 hours from your order placement will not be honored, as orders enter production immediately afterward.
2. Confirm Your Shipping Address
Before you hit “Place Order,” double-check that your delivery address is:

Complete: Street, apartment/suite number, city, state, and ZIP code

Accurate: No typos or outdated information
We cannot be held responsible for packages returned due to incorrect addresses. If your order is sent back to us and requires redelivery, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees.
3. After the 24-Hour Window

Once your order moves into the production queue, it’s locked in and cannot be canceled or changed.
