  • All sales are subject to our Shipping, Return, and Refund policies posted separately on our site.

  • You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placement. After that, orders enter production and cannot be canceled.

  • Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

  • Shinekindness and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us (if any).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA. You and Shinekindness agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Jersey for any disputes.

12. Miscellaneous

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the full agreement.

  • Severability: If any provision is invalid, the rest remain enforceable.

  • Assignment: We may assign these Terms at our discretion; you may not assign without our consent.
